Shipping Options:

When placing an order, you can select your country. As long as your country is on our service list, we offer three shipping methods.

1） Free Shipping:

For orders that qualify for free shipping, please note the following:

Order Processing: All orders will be processed within 2 calendar days after placement.

Delivery Time: Free Shipping typically takes 7 to 13 natural days for delivery to reach the customer’s doorstep. Therefore, the total time is order processing time + shipping time, which is about 9-15 natural days.
Transportation method: Small package transportation for free delivery. The main carriers include USPS, DHL Paket, and YunExpress.

2)Paid Express Shipping:

For orders that choose paid express shipping, please note the following:

Shipping fee: The shipping fee is $29.
Order processing: All orders will be processed within 2 natural days after being placed.

Delivery Time: Paid Express Shipping typically takes 3 to 6 natural days for delivery to reach the customer’s doorstep. Therefore, the total time is order processing time + shipping time, which is about 5-8 natural days.
Transportation method: Express delivery is used for paid express delivery. The main carriers include UPS, DHL, and FedEx.

3) Special Heavy Cargo Transport:

For items with a volume exceeding 0.2 cubic meters, or a single side exceeding 60CM, or a weight exceeding 5KG, such as large vertical takeoff and landing, aircraft, agricultural drones, etc., the shipping fee will be calculated based on the actual volume and weight. We will communicate the shipping cost with the customer and arrange payment through additional payment. Special heavy goods orders will be processed within 5 natural days, with a shipping time of approximately 9 to 15 natural days.

Warehouse:

Our warehouse is located in Shenzhen, China, and most of the goods are shipped to users from the Chinese warehouse; mainly because most drones are not heavy, and shipping directly from China is cheaper; a small number of products may be shipped to overseas warehouses In stock, please consult customer service for specific products for exact information;

Taxation and Customs Clearance Policy:

1) Door-to-Door Clearance Service:In order to provide a good shopping experience, We collaborate with our carriers to provide door-to-door shipping with customs clearance included for all customers.
The price you see for our products is the final price, with no additional taxation fees or customs clearance procedures required.
Our carriers will handle all taxation and customs clearance matters, and associated costs are covered by us, requiring no additional fees from customers.
2) Disclaimer:While we make every effort to ensure smooth order delivery and customs clearance, unforeseen incidents such as customs delays or transportation accidents may occur.
We are not liable for any delays or losses resulting from these unforeseen circumstances.
We shall not be held responsible for order delays or losses arising from events beyond our control, including but not limited to customs policies, natural disasters, wars, or terrorist attacks.

Order Tracking:

Email Notifications: The system automatically sends email notifications to customers for every status change of their orders.
Website Tracking: Customers can track their orders by clicking on “Track Order” in the live chat window on our website and entering their order number.
17track Website: For shipped items, customers can track their shipments by visiting 17track website and entering their tracking number.
